What is deleted when you delete your account

Your account — email address and display name
Your completion records (which levels you’ve finished)
Your leaderboard score and stats
Your likes
Your drafts (unpublished levels, private to you)

On-device data (such as campaign completion flags and settings) is not stored on our servers and can’t be removed from the web. It is cleared by using the in-app Delete Account button, or by uninstalling the game.

What is kept

Levels you published to the community remain available and playable for other players, but they are anonymized — your display name is removed and the level is no longer attributed to you. This keeps the shared community library intact for everyone else. If you want a specific published level taken down entirely rather than anonymized, email us at redribbongamesofficial@gmail.com and we’ll remove it.

Retention

Account and cloud data are removed at the time of deletion.
Analytics and crash diagnostics (mobile only, and only if you opted in) are retained by Google Firebase under our configured retention settings and Google’s policies. After deletion they are no longer linked to your account.
Routine system backups may retain copies for a short period before being overwritten in the normal backup cycle.

Other ways to delete your account

In the app

Open HEXA COMPLEX, go to Settings → Account, tap Delete Account and re-enter your password to confirm. Your account and the data listed above are deleted straight away.

By email

If you’ve uninstalled the game and can’t sign in here, email redribbongamesofficial@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify you own the address and process the deletion within 30 days.
